Community Corrections Partnership

Sacramento County CCP / Prop 47 Local Advisory Committee

The Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) is responsible for the development of Sacramento County’s AB 109 Plan that advises the Board of Supervisors on specific programming needed to implement the provisions of public safety realignment legislation. The CCP recognizes the need to address community concerns and implement programming consistent with what research has shown to be the most cost-effective, evidence-based practices that lower recidivism and victimization.

The CCP is committed to updating the AB 109 Plan based on input from the public and local stakeholders and will include findings from research, ongoing evaluation, and assessment of local programs. The AB 109 Plan is implemented through annual funding disbursements established by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors budget process.
